Workspace Visibility

Workspace Visibility

Workspace Visibility is the portfolio-level dashboard. It aggregates AI visibility data across all active brands in your workspace so you can see how the entire portfolio performs without switching between individual brand views.

Multi-brand workspaces only. This page is most useful when you have two or more active brands. In a single-brand workspace, the per-brand Analytics page covers the same ground. See Account Management to switch workspace modes.

Go to Insights → Visibility in the sidebar without selecting a specific brand - the same page automatically switches to this portfolio view when no brand is selected.

KPI Cards

The top row shows five metrics aggregated across all active brands:

KPIWhat It Measures
VisibilityAverage visibility score across all brands and prompts in the workspace
Presence RatePercentage of responses where at least one brand was mentioned
SentimentMean sentiment score (-100 to +100) across all brands
Citation RatePercentage of responses that cited a brand domain
ResponsesTotal AI responses collected - with the number of active brands contributing shown underneath

Filters & Demo Mode

Use the day-range selector (top right) to control the time window. Common choices: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days. Archived brands are excluded - only active brands contribute to the aggregated metrics.

If you've just set up your workspace and haven't run your first monitor group yet, Workspace Visibility shows a demo mode with illustrative data. It switches to real data automatically once your first analysis completes.
