Migrating from Searchable
Moving from Searchable to GrackerAI doesn't mean rebuilding your tracked prompts from scratch. Searchable exports your prompt library as a single CSV - export it, send it to us, and our team imports it into your GrackerAI workspace.
Searchable's bulk export uses Category, Priority, and Tags to organize prompts rather than a separate Topics file. Performance data (visibility scores, citations, rankings) doesn't transfer - GrackerAI starts tracking those fresh once your prompts are live here.

Export Prompts
- In Searchable, open your Prompt Library from the dashboard
- Find Bulk import/export
- Choose Export and download the CSV
The export includes:
| Field | What it is |
|---|---|
| Prompt | The tracked prompt text |
| Category | The grouping the prompt belongs to (Brand, Category, Problem/Solution, or Adjacent Topic queries) |
| Tags | Any tags applied to the prompt |
| Priority | The prompt's priority level (e.g. High, Medium) |

Send Export to support@gracker.ai and our team will import it to GrackerAI.
