Migrating from AirOps
If you're moving from AirOps to GrackerAI, you can export your tracked Prompts and Topics from the Insights module. Our team will use this file to set up your Prompts and Topics inside GrackerAI.
Unverified: AirOps' public docs confirm CSV import of Prompts/Topics into Insights, but we couldn't confirm a documented CSV export button on the Insights Prompts view itself - their "Export as CSV" docs cover the separate Grids feature, not Insights. If there's no visible export button on the Prompts page in your account, contact AirOps support or use the manual method below instead.

Export Prompts
- Log in to AirOps and go to Insights → Prompts
- Open Your prompts and use the export/download option on the table to download your tracked prompts
Export Topics
- From the same Insights → Prompts view, open Edit Topics to see your topic list
- Topics are attached to each prompt as a column in the Prompts export above - export topics together with prompts rather than as a separate file
