Monitoring Overview

The Monitoring section tracks how AI search engines respond to questions your buyers actually ask. Everything follows a simple data model:

Monitor Groups → Prompts → Responses → Citations

Monitor Groups

The Data Model

  • Monitor Groups. The configuration layer. They define who is asking (persona), where (country, language), when (frequency), and which AI surfaces to query.
  • Prompts. The questions. Each prompt is auto-classified with intent, funnel stage, and persona signal. see Managing Prompts for details.
  • Responses. What AI surfaces answered. Every run captures full response text, sentiment, brands mentioned, and cited sources.
  • Citations. The URLs AI surfaces pulled from. Aggregated across all responses, they reveal where authority lives in your category.
