Yes. When you first sign up, the Brand Onboarding Wizard sets up your brand, competitors, prompts, and a starter monitor automatically, and runs it for you. See the [Quickstart](/getting-started/quick-start-monitor).

Yes. Choose **Multi-Brand** for several independent brands, or **Multi-Product** for several products under one company. The mode changes how mentions are scored. See [Workspace Modes](/setup/workspace-modes).

Use the [Prompt Generator](/using-gracker/working-with-prompts/prompt-generator) to generate many prompts from your brand context and Google Search Console queries, then review and activate them. Start with 4–5 (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overview). Add Microsoft Copilot for enterprise or security audiences and Grok for tech-forward ones. Selecting every surface on every monitor adds noise. The number you can select is capped by your plan.

No. Monitor frequency is set by your plan and applies to every monitor group in the workspace. To run monitors more often, upgrade to a plan with a higher cadence.

It triggers an immediate run of a monitor outside its normal schedule - handy after publishing new content. Your very first run happens automatically once your plan or trial is active, so you don't need Run Now to get started.

Yes. Each monitor group runs from a country (and optionally a specific city on higher plans) in a chosen language, so you can see how AI answers differ by market. See [Monitor Groups](/using-gracker/working-with-monitors/monitors).

A 0% score means your brand wasn't mentioned in any AI response for those prompts. Common causes: your domain isn't added in Brand Settings, prompts don't match real buyer language, or you simply have an authority gap for that topic. See [Visibility Score](/using-gracker/understanding-your-scores/visibility-score).

It depends on your category and maturity, but as a rough guide: under 10% means you're not visible yet, 30–55% means you're a regular option in AI answers, and 75%+ means you own the category. Track the trend more than the absolute number.

**Presence** is how often you're mentioned at all (across your responses). **Share of Voice** is your share of the mentions versus competitors. You can have high Presence but low Share of Voice if competitors are mentioned even more.

A 5–15% week-over-week swing is normal: AI platforms update often, competitors publish, and indexing lags. A drop of more than 15 points in 7 days is worth investigating; see [Troubleshooting](/using-gracker/troubleshooting).

It blends four signals from each response - Presence (mentioned at all), Prominence (how early and central), Sentiment (how favourable), and Citation (is your domain cited) - into a single 0–100 score. See [Scoring Basics](/using-gracker/understanding-your-scores/scoring-basics) for the exact weighting.

**Alerts** flag that something significant changed: a visibility drop, a competitor surge, a sentiment shift. **Recommendations** are prioritised actions to improve, the "what to do" once you know "what changed." No. Treat it as a ~70%-done starting point: add real customer examples, specific numbers, original opinions, and technical depth. See [Articles](/using-gracker/content-generator).

AEO Audit scores your pages the way an AI answer engine reads them. Add a sitemap URL to discover your pages, then select the ones you want scored - each gets two independent 0-100 scores with an A-F grade: **AEO Health** (retrievability, structure, schema, evidence, freshness, and off-page authority) and **Technical Health** (a Lighthouse blend of performance, SEO, best practices, and accessibility). For a prompt you're losing, it tells you *why* and what to do: a **content brief** if you have no page, or a **gap report** comparing your ranking page to the competitor's if you do. See [Visibility Diagnosis](/using-gracker/working-with-prompts/visibility-diagnosis).

Use the Prompt Generator to start from scratch, enter a new vertical, or expand a theme. Add manually when you have a specific prompt from a sales conversation or competitor gap. Always review generated prompts before activating.

Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools are live today for all plans, plus MCP for connecting AI assistants like Claude Desktop or Cursor. WordPress publishing is also live but Enterprise-plan only. Dev.to, Slack, Zapier / Make, and a general REST API are on the roadmap but aren't self-serve yet.
