Migrating from Otterly
Moving from Otterly to GrackerAI doesn't mean rebuilding your tracked prompts from scratch. Otterly exports your prompts as a single CSV - export it, send it to us, and our team imports it into your GrackerAI workspace.
Otterly doesn't have a separate Topics export - it organizes prompts with Tags instead of topics, and Tags come along inside the Prompts export. Performance data (citations, rankings) doesn't transfer - GrackerAI starts tracking those fresh once your prompts are live here.

Export Prompts
- In Otterly, go to Prompts in the left navigation, under your Brand Report
- Click Export as CSV
The export includes:

| Country | The country the prompt is tracked for |
| Tags | Any tags applied to the prompt - Otterly's stand-in for topics |
| Intent Volume | Estimated search/intent volume for the prompt |
| Total Citations | Number of citations across responses to this prompt |
| Your Brand Mentioned | Whether your brand appeared in responses |
| Your Brand Rank | Your brand's ranking position when mentioned |
| Your Domain Cited | Whether your domain was cited |
| Competitor Mentioned | Whether a competitor appeared in responses |
| Competitor Cited | Whether a competitor's domain was cited |
