Tags

Tags are coloured labels you create at the workspace level and apply to brands and prompts. Use them to organise your workspace by theme, campaign, vertical, or any grouping that makes sense for your team.


Where to Find It

Navigate directly to Brand → Tags in the app. Tags is an admin-only page.


Creating a Tag

  1. Go to Settings → Tags
  2. Click + New Tag
  3. Enter a name (up to 60 characters)
  4. Pick a colour using the colour picker or enter a hex value
  5. Set the scope
  6. Click Save

Tag Fields

Scope Options

Tip: Use scope to keep your tag list clean. A tag called "Q3 Campaign" might be Prompt scope only. A tag called "Healthcare Vertical" might be Any scope, since you might tag both brands and prompts with it.


Applying Tags

To a brand:

  1. Go to Brand → Settings
  2. In the Tags field, select tags from the dropdown

To a prompt:

  1. Open the prompt from Monitoring → Prompts
  2. Edit the prompt and select tags from the Tags field

Tags Are Workspace-Level

Tags are shared across your entire workspace. all brands and team members see the same tag list. Create tags that make sense for the whole team, not just one brand or campaign.
