Configure portal navigation under Portal Settings → Navigation.
Top Navigation
The horizontal menu at the top of every portal page. Keep it short:
- 4–7 top-level items maximum
- Use clear, action-oriented labels ("Compare," "Pricing," "Solutions")
- Include a primary CTA (most often "Get Started" or "Book Demo")
Footer Navigation
Comprehensive — link to everything. Group by:
- Product / Features
- Solutions / Use Cases
- Resources (Blog, Docs, Glossary)
- Company (About, Careers, Contact)
- Legal (Privacy, Terms, Security)
Breadcrumbs
Enable breadcrumbs for every portal type. They help both users and AI engines understand site structure.
Schema markup is generated automatically.
Internal Linking
Beyond top-nav and footer, contextual internal links matter most for AEO. GrackerAI auto-generates internal links based on:
- Topic similarity (cluster pages link to pillar pages)
- Comparison patterns (Page X about Tool A links to Page Y comparing Tool A vs Tool B)
- Glossary references (term mentions in content link to glossary entries)
