Reporting & Exports

Reporting & Exports

GrackerAI's data is most valuable when shared with stakeholders who don't log into the dashboard. This guide covers building reports that drive action.

Three Standard Reports

1. Weekly Status (Internal, 5 min)

For your team. Each Friday:

  • Visibility score this week vs. last
  • Top 3 prompts where visibility moved (up or down)
  • 1 specific action taken
  • 1 specific action planned for next week

Send via Slack or email. Keep it tight.

2. Monthly Leadership Report (15 min)

For your VP/CEO. Each month:

  • Visibility trend chart (screenshot from Analytics)
  • Citation share vs. top 2 competitors
  • 3 wins (specific content/placements that earned citations)
  • 3 gaps (where competitors are pulling away)
  • Asks (resources, headcount, budget needed)

3. Quarterly Business Review (60 min)

For board or executive review:

  • 90-day visibility trend with annotations on launches and competitor moves
  • Citation authority map (who owns the top 15 in your category)
  • ROI summary: content investment, citation outcomes, pipeline impact
  • Strategic priorities for next quarter

Filtering Before Export

Most exports should be filtered, not full dumps. Examples:

  • Export only Comp-CrowdStrike prompts → competitive intel for sales
  • Export only negative-sentiment responses → product/CS investigation
  • Export only Type=Media citations → PR target list
  • Export only high-occurrence cited URLs → outreach prioritization

The filtered export is usually 10–50 rows. The full export is usually 1,000+. Filter first.

Sharing With Non-GrackerAI Users

CSVs work for analysts. For executives, prefer:

  • Annotated chart screenshots
  • A 1-page summary with 3–5 bullet points
  • A short Loom or recording walking through one specific finding

Raw data without interpretation rarely changes minds. Always lead with the story.
