Account Management

Manage your personal account at Configure → Settings → Account.

Profile

• Name — Used in author bylines (if you publish content)
• Email — Used for login and notifications
• Avatar — Used in team views and author profiles

Security

• Password — Minimum 12 characters; rotate every 6 months
• Two-factor authentication — TOTP-based; strongly recommended for all users
• Active sessions — Review and revoke device sessions

Notifications

Configure email notifications:

• Daily digest — Yesterday's monitoring summary
• Weekly report — Trend summary
• Real-time alerts — Visibility drops, sentiment changes
• Product updates — New features, releases

Account Deletion

To delete your account:

1. If you're the workspace owner, transfer ownership first or delete the workspace
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
3. Confirm via email

Account deletion is permanent. Data is purged within 30 days. See Data & Privacy for details.
