What data GrackerAI stores, how long, and how to control it.

What We Store

Customer-provided data:

  • Account info (name, email)
  • Monitors, prompts, portals you create
  • Custom domain configuration
  • Team member info

Generated data:

  • AI responses captured against your prompts
  • Citation data
  • Usage analytics within GrackerAI
  • Content drafts and published portal content

Operational data:

  • Login history
  • API usage logs
  • Audit logs

Data Residency

  • Default: US (AWS us-east-1)
  • EU residency: Available on Scale and Enterprise plans (AWS eu-west-1)
  • Multi-region: Available on Enterprise

Retention

Deletion Rights

You can delete:

  • Individual records (monitors, prompts, responses) at any time via the dashboard
  • Specific data categories via support request
  • Entire account via Settings → Account → Delete Account

Hard deletion completes within 30 days. Backup copies are purged within 90 days.

Subprocessors

GrackerAI uses these subprocessors:

  • AWS — Hosting and storage
  • OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft — AI model APIs (for response capture)
  • Stripe — Payments
  • Sentry — Error monitoring (PII-redacted)

GDPR/CCPA rights honored regardless of customer location:
