Billing & Plans
Manage subscription at Configure → Settings → Billing.

All plans include onboarding. Upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel any time.
What Counts Toward Limits
- Monitors: Active monitors only (paused ones don't count)
- Prompts: Total in your library across all monitors
- Portals: Live portals only (drafts don't count)
- AI model queries: Counted per response captured (each AI engine selected per monitor multiplies the count)
Invoices and Payment
- Invoices — Auto-generated monthly; download from Billing → Invoices
- Payment methods — Credit card or invoice-based for annual contracts
- Currency — USD by default; EUR/GBP available on annual plans
Annual Billing
Annual contracts available for Growth and above:
- 15% discount vs. monthly
- Locked rate for 12 months
- Custom terms available for Scale and Enterprise

Pausing vs. Canceling
- Pause — Keeps your data; suspends new monitor runs; pro-rated refund
- Cancel — Ends subscription at period end; data retained for 90 days for re-activation; deleted after
