Quick Start: Your First Monitor (5 Minutes)

This guide creates one working monitor so you see real data within minutes.

Step 1 — Open Monitors

Go to Dashboard → Monitoring → Monitors and click Create New Monitor.

Step 2 — Fill the Form

Use these starter values:

Step 3 — Add 4–5 Prompts

Use prompts that mention your brand by name. Example for a B2B SaaS authentication platform called Acme Auth:

• "What is Acme Auth?"
• "Acme Auth reviews and pricing"
• "Is Acme Auth SOC 2 compliant?"
• "Acme Auth vs Auth0"

Example for a cybersecurity EDR vendor called SecureEDR:

• "What does SecureEDR do?"
• "SecureEDR customer reviews"
• "Is SecureEDR FedRAMP authorized?"
• "SecureEDR vs CrowdStrike"

Step 4 — Pick AI Models

Select ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini. These four cover most B2B research behavior.

Step 5 — Save

Click Create Monitor. The first run starts within minutes.
