Alteryx has appointed Michelle Huff as its new chief marketing officer (CMO) to drive its marketing strategy amid global expansion. Huff, formerly with UserTesting, brings over 25 years of experience in marketing and go-to-market strategies, having held senior positions at various tech firms including Salesforce and Oracle. Her primary focus will be on overseeing Alteryx's global marketing initiatives, which include product marketing, brand positioning, customer advocacy, and demand generation.

Westpac has appointed Michelle Klein as its new Chief Growth & Marketing Officer, succeeding Annabel Fribence. Carolyn McCann, Westpac's Acting Chief Executive, Consumer, acknowledged Klein's extensive experience and data-driven approach, which will support Westpac's growth and marketing initiatives across its various brands, including St.George and Bank of Melbourne.

Prior to joining Westpac, Klein served as Chief Customer and Marketing Officer at IAG, following a nine-year tenure at Meta, where she held senior marketing roles. Her background in technology and customer experience will be crucial as Westpac continues to evolve its brand strategies.

Indeed Hires James Whitemore as CMO

Indeed has appointed James Whitemore as its new CMO, effective June 9. Whitemore will lead Indeed's global marketing organization, overseeing various marketing functions and reporting directly to Chief Revenue Officer Maggie Hulce. His appointment follows a leadership transition at Indeed, with the recent departure of former CEO Chris Hyams.

Whitemore brings over 25 years of experience from tech companies, most recently serving as CMO at Celigo. He has also held executive roles at NetApp, IBM Europe, and Sun Microsystems. His experience will be instrumental as Indeed focuses on AI-powered innovations to enhance job-seeker and employer connections. Whitemore expressed enthusiasm about leveraging Indeed's data and insights to create meaningful connections in the job market.
