Setup and Configuration
Configure your GrackerAI portal settings to customize.
Portal Settings Overview
The Settings page provides comprehensive configuration options across seven key areas:
- General - Basic portal information and type
- Authors - Manage author profiles and credentials
- Navigation - Header, footer, and social links
- Analytics - Google Analytics and Tag Manager integration
- SEO - Meta tags, Open Graph, and Twitter Cards
- Domains - Production and test site URLs
- Theme - Complete color scheme and branding
Accessing Portal Settings
- Navigate to your Portal Dashboard
- Click on Settings in the sidebar or top navigation
- Select the configuration tab you want to modify
- Make your changes and click Save All Changes
Quick Links
General Settings
Configure your portal's visual identity, branding elements, target audience, and content focus. Set up project name, logo, favicon, portal description, and define your target profile for AI-generated content.
Authors
Manage the authors who can write and publish content on your portal. Create author profiles with bio, photo, credentials, and social links. Assign authors to specific portals and control their publishing permissions.
Navigation
Set up header navigation, footer links, and social media connections. Create intuitive menu structures, add internal and external links, and connect your social media profiles.
Analytics
Track your portal's performance with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, or custom analytics providers. Monitor traffic, user behavior, and content engagement.
SEO
Optimize your portal for search engines. Configure page titles, meta descriptions, Open Graph tags for social sharing, Twitter Cards, and IndexNow for instant indexing.
Domains
Set up custom domains for your portal. Connect your own domain name, configure DNS settings, and manage production and test site URLs.
Theme
Customize your portal's appearance with complete control over colors and branding. Configure over 50 different color options for backgrounds, buttons, text, navigation, and more.
Saving Changes
After making changes in any section:
- Review your modifications across all tabs
- Click Update Portal button (top right corner)
- Wait for the confirmation message
- Changes take effect immediately
Note: Some changes (like theme or custom domains) may require a page refresh or DNS propagation time (up to 48 hours for domains).
