AI Visibility Intelligence · Visibility Diagnosis

You know you are not cited. Now find out why.

Every visibility tool ends at the gap. GrackerAI starts there. Point Visibility Diagnosis at any prompt where a competitor wins, and an agent searches your own site for the page that should be answering it, scores how close it comes, pulls the exact competitor pages the engines cited over the last 30 days, and hands you either a brief for the page you are missing or a fix list for the page that is losing.

No credit card required. Your first diagnosis in about a minute.

The problem

The gap is easy to see. Closing it is the hard part.

Problem one

The dead end

Your dashboard says you are missing from 40 prompts. That is a fact, not an instruction. Nobody on your team can act on a red cell, so the report gets screenshotted into a deck and nothing changes.

Problem two

The wrong diagnosis

You assume you need a new article, so you write one. You already had a page on that topic. It was buried, thin on evidence, or two years stale, and now you have two pages splitting the same signal and still no citation.

Problem three

The invisible winner

A rival gets cited on your highest-intent prompt and you cannot see what they did. Without the actual pages the engines pulled from, your team is guessing at a target it has never been allowed to look at.

How it works

Start from the prompt you are losing, end with the work that wins it back.

One prompt goes in. A verdict, the evidence behind it, and a specific next action come out.

Pick

Choose any prompt where you are absent, buried, or losing ground.

Search

The agent crawls your own site for the page that should be answering it.

Score

It rates how well that page actually matches the buyer's question.

Compare

It pulls the competitor pages engines cited for that prompt over 30 days.

Branch

It returns a content brief or a gap report, depending on what it found.

A prompt you are losing in. A brief or a fix list out, with the evidence attached.

The hard part we solved

Most tools stop at the gap because closing it requires two things they do not have. The first is retrieval against your own site. Knowing that you are missing from "best CIAM platform for B2B SaaS" is only half the picture. The other half is whether you already own a page that was supposed to win it. So the agent searches your site the way an engine would, finds the closest candidate, and scores the match honestly. Sometimes the honest answer is that nothing on your domain is even trying, and that changes the recommendation completely.

The second is the competitor set, and it has to be the real one. Not the rivals you listed at onboarding, and not the domains that generally rank on Google. The pages the engines actually cited when answering that specific prompt, observed over 30 days rather than a single lucky sample. Language models are non deterministic, so one query tells you very little. We run the prompt repeatedly and keep the citation record, which is why the comparison holds up when your content lead asks where the target came from.

It searches your own site first

Before it recommends anything, it checks what you already have.

The agent treats your domain as the first suspect, not an afterthought. It looks for the page that should be answering the prompt, then scores how well it matches the buyer's actual question rather than the keyword. A page can rank on Google, pull decent traffic, and still score badly here, because ranking rewards relevance and citation rewards a clean, extractable answer. Seeing that gap in a number is usually the moment the strategy changes.

  • Retrieval across your live site, not a keyword lookup
  • Match scored against buyer intent, not keyword overlap
  • Surfaces the page you forgot you already published

It shows you the pages that beat you

Not a guess at your competitors. The exact pages engines cited.

For every diagnosis you get the competitor pages engines actually cited when answering that prompt, collected across the last 30 days and across all 10 engines. You see the URL, the engine that cited it, and how consistently it wins. That turns "a competitor is ahead of us" into a document your team can open, read, and out-execute.

  • The exact cited URLs, per engine, over a 30 day window
  • Frequency, so you know a repeat winner from a fluke
  • Freshness compared against your own page

Two outcomes, picked automatically

You never have to decide which one you needed.

If nothing on your site is credibly targeting the prompt, you get a content brief: the title, the angle, the outline, the points that have to be covered, and the specific claims that tend to earn the citation in your category. If a page exists but a competitor keeps winning, you get a gap report instead: prioritized fixes, missing subtopics, structure and evidence gaps, and how stale your page is next to the one being cited. Same input, two very different jobs.

  • Content brief when the page does not exist
  • Gap report when the page exists but loses
  • Prioritized, so a lean team knows what to do first

The output is work, not a PDF

Every diagnosis ends in a button, not a doc that gets lost.

Send the brief straight to the Content Engine and generate the article. Send the gap report to an existing page rewrite and keep the authority that page already earned. Or turn either into a Task with the source context pre-filled, assign it, and set a due date. Nothing gets copied into a doc and lost.

  • Generate the article from the brief in one click
  • Rewrite the existing page without starting over
  • Convert to an assignable Task with context attached

Two moments where knowing why changes what you do next

Missing from the answer

You are absent from a prompt that closes deals

  1. Open the prompt where three rivals appear and you do not.
  2. Diagnosis confirms nothing on your site targets it, and returns a brief.
  3. The brief lists the claims that earn citations in that answer.
  4. Generate, publish, and watch the prompt in Monitoring.
Losing the citation

You have the page and still lose to a rival

  1. Run diagnosis on a prompt where your page ranks but never gets cited.
  2. See the match score, and the cited competitor page next to it.
  3. Get the gap report: missing subtopics, weak evidence, stale data.
  4. Ship the fixes to the existing URL and keep its authority.
