Virtual Training
Virtual training refers to the process of delivering educational or instructional content remotely over the internet using software as a service (SaaS) platforms. This allows participants to access training materials, attend live sessions, interact with instructors, and complete assessments from any location with an internet connection.
Description
Virtual training through SaaS platforms has become increasingly popular due to its convenience and cost-effectiveness. It eliminates the need for physical classroom space and allows organizations to train employees located in different geographical locations. Participants can engage in interactive sessions, collaborate with peers, and receive real-time feedback from instructors. Virtual training also offers flexibility in scheduling, as sessions can be recorded and accessed later for those unable to attend live. Additionally, SaaS platforms often provide analytics and reporting tools to track progress and assess the effectiveness of the training program.
